Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential EBD

Location: Waltham Abbey
Salary: £80,000 plus additional bonuses

CPL UK Healthcare / Social Care are supporting our client with the recruitment of an experienced Dual Registered Manager for two children’s residential EBD homes in Waltham Abbey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident children’s residential Registered Manager who wants the scope of a dual-registration role, but within a very manageable and well-supported setting.

The homes are approximately 10 minutes’ walk from each other, with a combined capacity of 3 beds. At present, there is only 1 young person in placement, giving the successful manager a real opportunity to shape the homes, embed standards and build the culture properly from an early stage.

You will also be very well supported by senior leadership, including a team of Responsible Individuals, giving you strong operational backing while still allowing you the autonomy to lead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
