Dual-Site Store Manager
Castore Store Manager – Livingston (Castore & Rangers)

The role of Store Manager involves leading a team to deliver Castore’s vision of putting the customer first every time. You’ll drive service, sales, and operational excellence, managing both the Castore Livingston store and the Rangers Livingston store.

Developing and Inspiring Your Team
- Lead, coach, and inspire a customer-first mindset
- Support staff in operational execution to deliver outstanding service
- Provide on-the-job training and finish real-time feedback to ensure performance
- Adapt to the ever-changing retail environment, always prioritising customer needs

Driving Sales & Results
- Ensure service excellence is the top KPI, leaving customers delighted
- Optimise stock flow (incoming, outgoing, and returns)
- Meet targets for "All Sizes Out" stock availability
- Work closely with the team to enhance customer experience
Ensuring Operational Excellence
- Uphold company policies and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate team documentation (including HR reports)
- Manage administrative tasks: cash handling, deliveries, and customer notes
- Oversee health & safety compliance and escalate any concerns in the required timeframes
Commercial Leadership
- Align staff with sales plans and performance targets
- Foster a results-driven but customer-centric team
- Develop expertise in market competition to guide commercial decisions
- Encourage and implement new sales initiatives
Future Growth & Innovation
- Push for continual improvement, encouraging creative solutions
- Understand multi-channel advancements and their business impact
- Drive efficiency through innovation and PA’s sales improvements

Skills & Experience
Ideal Profile
- Supervisory/managerial experience (customer-facing environment preferred)
- Proven retail background
- Experience in:
- Sales & conversion strategies
- UPT (Upward Trend) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Mystery shopping results (advantageous but not essential)
Personal Attributes
- Clear verbal & written communication
- Adaptability, problem-solving initiative
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage time effectively
- Collaborative team player with a mentoring aptitude
- Passion for the Castore brand
