Dual Trade Operative - 1x Permanent, Full-time role available (Internal Applicants Only)
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Dual Trade Operative to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.
The role is permanent with a starting salary of £33,024 to £35,234 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience). As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect job.
Hourly Rate: Starting at £18.11 - £19.31 per hour
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 3:30pm
About the role:
Reporting to the area Team Leader this role is responsible for undertaking skilled maintenance work within your designated trades. You will provide practical skilled expertise within your area of expertise, ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.

Criteria for role:
To be successful in the role of Dual Trade Operative you will be required to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in both Bricklaying and Carpentry along with experience, or willing to undertake a competency assessment in the secondary of these trades. Along with a valid CSCS card and valid driving licence.
