What you’ll be doing
- Lead financial due diligence engagements for PE and corporate clients
- Develop and strengthen relationships with investors and transaction stakeholders
- Drive commercial growth through repeat work and network expansion
- Support wider transaction execution alongside corporate finance teams

What you’ll bring
- Proven due diligence experience within a deals advisory environment
- Strong understanding of private equity and mid-market transactions
- Commercially credible communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of contributing to business development or origination activity
