What you’ll be doing

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements for PE and corporate clients
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with investors and transaction stakeholders
  • Drive commercial growth through repeat work and network expansion
  • Support wider transaction execution alongside corporate finance teams

What you’ll bring

  • Proven due diligence experience within a deals advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of private equity and mid-market transactions
  • Commercially credible communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of contributing to business development or origination activity
