Job Description
Dietician | Oncology-Cancer Care | Private Hospital | Bank - Flexible Working | Dunedin, Reading
Join Spire Dunedin Hospital as a Bank Dietitian and play a vital role in delivering best-practice, patient-centred cancer care. Using your specialist oncology expertise, you'll help improve treatment outcomes, enhance patient wellbeing, and provide evidence-based nutritional support as part of our dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Spire Dunedin Hospital has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years, as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has two theatres, 16 inpatient beds, three recovery bays, Oncology services and an Endoscopy Suite.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To manage complex nutritional needs in cancer patients.
- Improved treatment outcomes.
- Management of treatment side effects.
- Prevention and management of malnutrition.
- Support across the cancer pathway.
- Patient education and quality of life.

Who We're Looking For
- A degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Recognised accredited Programme: Completion of a dietetic internship or a supervised practise.
- Proven experience in oncology, it would be advantageous to have private healthcare experience.
