Your daily work will include tasks like these: Handle channel implementation and community management Make paid advertising campaigns across platforms (always ensure alignment with marketing objectives) Optimise performance by adjusting targeting parameters, budgets, ad creatives and monitor brand, performance, app-install and dynamic feed campaigns Track and measure KPI’s to improve performance Evaluate campaign data to measure ROI and engagement and make data-driven decisions for upcoming campaigns Give agency and in-house creative teams clear guidance on the best performing and necessary assets and specs in order to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns Your qualifications 💭 You speak and write Dutch (preferably) and English fluently (at least B2). 🎓 2-3 years experience in paid social ads Knowledge and understanding of tools like Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Coosto. A basic understanding of A/B testing, attribution and tracking principles 💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. 💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills and creative affinity. 🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely If you are interested in knowing more about this position, please reach out to us at info@jobsqd.com.
