About the Role
We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals with a passion for customer service to join Booking.com in Athens, Greece. You’ll enjoy a paid relocation package as part of this exciting opportunity!
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in the travel and hospitality industry, delivering exceptional customer support via multiple channels—phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform.
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and service-related inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve complaints and customer issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to offer accurate advice.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken & written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills for fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is beneficial (not mandatory).
- A customer-focused mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- No prior experience required—willingness to learn is a must!
