Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative — Athens, Greece

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to work at Booking.com with a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat using Booking.com’s platform
  • Assist clients with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and service-related queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the seamless customer experience
  • Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to deliver accurate support

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No prior experience required—willingness to learn is key!
