Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking guests via phone, email, and live chat on Booking.com’s platform.
- Handle bookings, modifications, cancellations, and service-related inquiries with expertise.
- Resolve complicated customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the seamless guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date on Booking.com’s policies, products, and promotions.

Requirements
⚡ Communication & Collaboration
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written): Prioritised prerequisite
- Proficiency in English: Highly advantageous
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
⚡ Organization & Adaptability
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems or booking platforms is a bonus (not mandatory).
