We have an immediate opportunity for a Dutch-Speaking Process & Operational Excellence Consultant—remote, flexible position, with no requirement to be based in the Netherlands.

Role Details
Engagement Summary
- Position: Process & Operational Excellence Consultant
- Duration: 4 weeks (extension possible, not confirmed yet)
- Contract Type: Outside IR35
- Start Date: Within the next week (immediate availability preferred)
- Rate: £550–£650 per day (experience-dependent)
- Location: 100% remote
- Language Requirement: Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) essential

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate End-to-End (E2E) Process Mapping Workshops
- Lead stakeholder and team engagements.
- Develop BPMN Process Maps
- Including swim lanes, hand-off analysis, rework loops, VA/NVA differentiation, and processing times.
- Analyse Operational Data
- Use Excel to extract insights, identify efficiencies, and generate actionable recommendations.
- Present Findings to Senior Stakeholders
- Compile and deliver polished, structured PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct Stakeholder Interviews
- Gather qualitative feedback from frontline agents to uncover traps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assess adherence gaps and procedural effectiveness.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
✔ Expertise in Process Mapping Methodologies
- Strong reconciling of BPMN, swim lanes, hand-offs, rework loops, VA/NVA segmentation, and processing metrics.

✔ Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Ability to interrogate operational data and derive clear insights and recommendations.
✔ Stakeholder Communication & Presentation Skills
- Confident in articulating findings to senior leadership and delivering impactful decks.
✔ Root-Cause Analysis & Improvement Awareness
- Experience identifying losses, bottlenecks, and opportunities through structured interviews.
✔ Familiarity with Operational Excellence (OpEx) Tools
- Process mapping, quality management, capacity planning, skills matrices, TBPS, KPI tracking.
✔ Dutch Proficiency (Mandatory)
- Full spoken and written fluency required (English may be supplementary).
✔ Immediate Availability
- Candidate review to commence today or tomorrow (preference for no waiting period).
