About the Role
Gigged AI is an open talent marketplace specialising in the IT and technology sector. We’re seeking a Dutch-Speaking Process & Operational Excellence Consultant to lead end-to-end Customer Journey Mapping and operational excellence work for a remote engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitate E2E process workshops: Lead stakeholder and agent engagement sessions.
- Process mapping: Develop BPMN process maps with:
- Swim lanes & hand-offs
- Rework loops
- Value-add (VA) vs. non-value-add (NVA) analysis
- Processing time tracking
- Data interrogation: Analyse operational data in Excel to deliver clear findings and recommendations.
- Business presentation skills: Build and present polished PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholders.
- Interviews: Conduct frontline agent interviews to uncover root cause analysis and improvement opportunities.
- Review SOPs: Assess agent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What You’ll Bring
✅ Process methodology expertise:
- Strong command of BPMN, swim lanes, hand-offs, and VA/NVA analysis.
- Experience with processing time optimisation.
✅ Technical proficiency:
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
✅ Communication & stakeholder readiness:
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
✅ Operational excellence tools:
- Knowledge of capacity planning, skills matrices, Tactical Business Process Standards (TBPS), and KPIs.
✅ Language:
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
🔥 Bonus:
- Immediate availability for review by today or tomorrow.
Note: A Dutch-speaking background is essential—remote or flexible location is acceptable.
