Ever wanted a job where the product is literally fun? Where your customers run bouncy castles, inflatable parks, events and attractions that make people smile? And where your hard work directly turns into uncapped commission? Welcome to Airquee – Europe’s largest and most respected inflatable manufacturer – and we’re looking for a confident, energetic Dutch Speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Leicester and help us grow our Dutch market.
About the Role
This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales job. It’s for someone who loves being on the phone and online, building relationships, closing deals and growing a market. You’ll be working with customers across the Netherlands, including inflatable hire companies, event operators, leisure businesses, visitor attractions and family entertainment centres. From one-person start-ups to larger operators, you’ll help customers choose the right inflatables and attractions to grow their business, win more bookings and stand out in their area.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
