Responsibilities
As a Duty Engineer, you’ll ensure our properties deliver flawless service by:
- Supporting the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards
- Proactively improving guest satisfaction and comfort with a positive, timely response to requests
- Leading property maintenance initiatives and meeting hotel targets, including:
- Managing the maintenance team to foster growth, development, and performance
- Overseeing the departmental budget, ensuring cost and inventory control while maintaining productivity and performance
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Delivering an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme, covering maintenance, environmental, and conservation matters

Requirements
