Position: Duty Manager Location: Prezzo Italian restaurants (UK) Salary & Benefits:

  • £12.99 per hour (base)
  • £13.50 per hour when working as Manager on Shift

About the Role

As our Duty Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between frontline teams and restaurant leadership. This is a critical role where you’re the heartbeat of each shift, personally driving:

  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Leading the team when the General Manager is absent
  • Upholding Prezzo’s "Hospitality Magic" – a balance of top-tier service and team spirit
  • Mastering operational elements like cash handling, compliance andั้ง team roles
  • Setting a professional standard as a natural, upbeat role model

Key Responsibilities

✔ Frontline Leadership: Direct a high-performing team during your shifts ✔ Guest Experience: Deliver unforgettable service with character and confidence ✔ Restaurant Operations: Manage cash, shift handovers, and maintain standards ✔ Team Development: Mentor crew to reflect Prezzo’s energetic brand ✔ Compliance & Growth: Follow all standards while contributing to operational projects

What You’ll Bring
