Powerleague is the UK’s original and largest provider of small-sided football. With state-of-the-art pitches and venues serving as community hubs, we bring together people to play, connect, and grow. Across over 40 centres nationwide, we’re dedicated to expanding access to small-sided football and padel.
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of your club:

- Lead shifts to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to players, teams and event guests
- Manage bookings, leagues, and match night activities
- Supervise and motivate shift team members
- Enforce health and safety, compliance, and facility standards
- Support promotional activities and community outreach
