- Lead shifts to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to players, teams and event guests
- Manage bookings, leagues, and match night activities
- Supervise and motivate shift team members
- Enforce health and safety, compliance, and facility standards
- Support promotional activities and community outreach
