40 hours per week

As a Duty Manager at our gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships. Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards. Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively. Help achieve sales targets Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
