- Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a reliable, high-performing team to maintain the hotel’s smooth running and exceptional guest service.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in leadership, such as retail management, team coordination, or customer-focused roles.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- A committment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Additionality: No prior Premier Inn experience necessary—all leadership backgrounds are considered.
