The Role: Duty Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role is both leadership and service—creating unforgettable guest experiences while inspiring your team:

  • Drive standards: Maintain consistent, exceptional service every shift
  • Culture champion: Ensure the right vibe is kept across shifts
  • Team leader: Make sure your team feels supported, motivated, and engaged
  • Responsibility centric: Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
