Duty Manager - Christchurch / Highcliffe Premier Inn
Join Premier Inn in Christchurch / Highcliffe as our Duty Manager.
We’re recruiting for our Christchurch / Highcliffe Premier Inn with 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour.
About the Role
Lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our legendary hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and outstanding. If you have experience in retail or frontline management, and can evidence your ability to inspire others, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service, this role could be your next career step.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Leverage your leadership, communication, and organisational skills in a retail and hospitality focused role.
- Oversee health & safety standards, operational efficiency and guest experience to maintain Premier Inn’s reputation for excellence.
- Ensure team morale and productivity through goal-setting, coaching, and problem-solving.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and employee performance.

** Requirements**
- Unwavering team leadership experience (ideal if from retail or hospitality).
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and high-performance team management.
- Experience in a hotel, retail, or customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills-—minding the details that matter in a fast-paced hotel.

Job Details
Location: 266 Lymington Road, Highcliffe, Dorset, BH23 5ET
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour
- Fixed Term Contract: Until 25/02/2027 (no zero-hour contracts!)
- Hours: 24 hrs per week
