Key Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shift:
- Keyholder duties: opening and closing the restaurant.
- Leading the team when the General Manager is absent.
- Ensuring every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic".
- Mastering behind-the-scenes tasks:
- Cash handling, compliance.
- Staying front-and-centre as a role model for your team.
