Duty Manager – Côte Brasserie

About the Role

We are looking for a Duty Manager to:

  • Lead the floor with confidence during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services to ensure a smooth operation and a genuinely welcome atmosphere for guests.
  • Act as the senior decision-maker on shift, resolving operational issues quickly and professionally.
  • Support and coach the front-of-house team, providing real-time guidance and helping newer team members build confidence and skills.
  • Oversee guest flow and table management to ensure efficient seating, pacing, and clear communication with the kitchen.
  • Champion service standards, from warm greetings to polished farewells, delivering attentive, thoughtful hospitality.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, turning challenges into moments of positive impression.
  • Maintain the impeccable presentation of the dining room, bar, and service stations throughout the day.

Requirements

You will be:

✅ A confident hospitality leader with experience in high-volume restaurants or brasseries, where pace, personality, and precision are key. ✅ A natural host who excels in guest interaction, understands the nuances of exceptional service, and brings an authentic warmth to every table. ✅ A strong communicator who can:
