Duty Manager
SUPERVISOR – MANCHESTER AIRPORT
🔹 Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour. 🔹 Midnight–6am premium: +£1.50补贴，总计到达 £15.25 工时。
📅 Work Schedule:
- Hours: 2am to 12am (24-hour operation)
- Flexibility: Weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

- Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee opening, closing, and daily operations across brands.
- Team Motivator: Lead high-energy teams through peak hours while fostering trust.
- Customer & Team Hub: Act as the primary contact for customer/colleague queries.
- Business Growth: Track performance metrics, improve processes, drive unit success.
