Up to £29,972 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
As one of Nuffield Health’s passionate and experienced Duty Managers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding fitness experience for our members.

You’ll enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment while advancing your career. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing smooth operations of the club, including opening and closing duties during your shifts.
- Ensuring member satisfaction—fostering strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
- ** täglich** acting as a role model to colleagues, maintaining high standards and ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
- Guiding prospective members through tours, showcasing the unique benefits of being part of Nuffield Health.
- Overseeing health and safety protocols, addressing any ongoing issues swiftly and effectively.
- Supporting the team in meeting sales targets.
- Covering lifeguard breaks, ensuring the ability to swim proficiently and undergo training as required.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A genuine passion for customer service and fitness welfare.
- Excellent initiation and personal qualities to support Nuffield Health’s mission.
