Duty Manager - Haven
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our arcade, delivering excellent guest experiences and leading the team on site.
Main Duties
Take responsibility for site operations in the absence of the Resort Amusement Manager Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries and initial complaints Support all areas of the arcade (floor, prize shop, attractions, events) Supervise team members, provide training, and support recruitment and performance management Complete rotas, timekeeping checks, team briefings, and daily administration Ensure accurate cash handling, transactions, banking, and stock control Monitor machine performance, report faults, and oversee replenishment and cleanliness Assist with promotions and drive local business opportunities Ensure the site is opened/closed correctly and runs efficiently each shift

Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing, gambling, and health & safety regulations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security Ensure correct procedures for incidents, visitors, and customer access (including Under 25 policy) Work within budgets and support overall site performance

Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused with a proactive attitude Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable handling cash and administrative duties
