Duty Manager
Duty Manager – Southampton (Eastleigh) Premier Inn
Working 35 hours per week at up to £13.86 per hour, this Fixed Term (until 12/03/2027) opportunity provides an immediate start at Premier Inn Southampton (Eastleigh).
The Role
Lead an exceptional team to ensure Premier Inn’s legendary hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and outstanding.
This position suits experienced leaders—particularly those with retail or team management experience—who thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment. You’ll leverage your organisational, communication, and coaching skills to foster a high-performing team while delivering unmatched guest care.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a motivated team across key areas:
- Operational efficiency (shift coordination, staff scheduling, compliance)
- Health & safety compliance (regulatory standards, risk management)
- Guest experience enhancement (training colleagues, resolving issues, maintaining service excellence)
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth, seamless service.
- Uphold Premier Inn’s reputation for comfort, value, and authenticity.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable leadership experience (preferably in retail, hotel, or customer-facing roles).
