Join our team as a Duty Manager!
We’re looking for a Duty Manager to support the smooth, safe, and effective operation of our leisure centre. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in leading a team, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all visitors.
What The Role Involves
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure services run efficiently
- Leading the team on shift and supporting a positive, customer-focused working environment
- Taking responsibility for health and safety, customer care, and incident management
- Managing bookings, supporting financial processes, and ensuring compliance with centre procedures
- Contributing to external accreditations such as Quest and Investors in People
- Completing site-specific checks and maintaining high operational standards across all areas
No two days are the same, and the role offers the opportunity to develop strong operational and leadership skills within a busy leisure environment.

Salary: £27,522.79 (pro rata)
Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
Location: Alderley Park
Hours: 18.5
Working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate(s) following interview.
