Location: Northampton West (Harpole), Weedon Rd, Northampton, NN7 4DD Hours: 35 hours per week Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour Contract Type: Permanent (No zero-hours contracts)

The Role
- Lead your team to ensure welcoming, safe, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Use past leadership experience—particularly from retail or customer-facing roles—to maintain high performance.
- Responsible for smooth hotel operations, including health & safety standards, team management, and guest satisfaction.
