About The Role
BrewDog Is Hiring a Duty Manager!
At BrewDog, we strive to spark the same passion for great craft beer in everyone else. Our bars embody this mission, delivering exceptional beer and service every time. We’re now looking for a Duty Manager to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist and support the management team in operational shift logistics
- Handle a mix of back-of-house duties and front-line customer service
- Train, inspire, and guide staff to elevate their performance and make the bar an unforgettable destination
- Work alongside an experienced leadership team and a crew of passionate, confident colleagues (including kitchen, floor, and bar staff)
