Duty Manager – London Docklands (Canning Town) Premier Inn Hotel
Job Summary
Join on-premise and supercharge your Xperience with us as a Duty Manager at Premier Inn in London Docklands, Canning Town!
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
- Pay Rate: Up to £14.36 per hour
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hour contracts)
- Location: London, E16 1ED

- You can apply foundations of customer service, leadership, and operational expertise to solve problems on the frontline.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee a reliable, high-performing team to ensure a seamless operational experience in a high-volume, guest-centric hotel.
- Utilise your ledership skills, communication, and organization to manage team schedules, guest interactions, and hotel operations.
- Maintain health & safety standards and support in achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide a memorable, exceptional guest experience by driving engagement, resolving guest issues, and championing service excellence.
