Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supplying prescriptions and delivering a range of NHS and Private services.
- Providing healthcare advice to customers.
- Supporting pharmacies' charity programs, including offering guidance to people in the community facing or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- Assisting the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues.
- Building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
- Ensuring accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
Requirements
You must have:
- A Pharmacy Degree.
- A passion for leading and empowering teams.
- Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) (and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme—supported by Tesco upon offer).
- Completion of a DBS check (organsied by Tesco).

Our Duty Pharmacy Managers work with the wider store team (security, stock, admin, etc.) to ensure a smooth, safe, and consistent experience for customers and patients.
