Responsibilities

Customer & Patient Care
- Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS/private healthcare services
- Provide healthcare advice and support to customers

Community & Charity Work
- Actively contribute to Tesco’s charity support program by:
- Teaching preventative health measures for cancer, heart disease, and diabetes victims
- Supervising sensitive health education initiatives
- Actively contribute to Tesco’s charity support program by:

Team Leadership & Development
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to:
- Train, mentor, and develop colleagues
- Foster a high-performing team environment
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to:

Partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and GPs for seamless coordination

Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate NHS payment claims for eligible items
- Maintain store-wide safety protocols

Requirements

Qualified pharmacy degree or equivalent registration
-
GPhC membership (General Pharmaceutical Council)

Completion of a DBS check (handled by Tesco)

Willingness to enrol in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (application assistance provided post-offer)
