Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a SIA Licenced Duty Manager to provide support to Site Officers, Colleagues and Customers in the provision of security and business support services within the region always adopting the principles contained within both the Colleague and Customer charters.
You will be working average 42 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off. Shifts will be days only on a 05:30 - 17:30 or 10:30 - 22:30 rotation.

What you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Must hold a valid SIA Front-Line and CCTV Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar or supervisory role.
- Must have at least 3-years’ experience in the security guarding sector.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What are you going to do:
- Be responsible for all operational colleagues and have a full understanding of the functions covered including; manned guarding, electronic solutions (e.g. CCTV and Access Control), key holding, post room, reception, and general business support.
- To liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review and record contract performance ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained, leading to contract retention.
- To be responsible for manning levels of contracted, ad-hoc and special events as per customer requirements including; recruitment, screening and vetting with Administrators and Central Support ensuring that sufficient and suitable relief staff are available.
- Through direct visits ensure the safety and well-being of both customer staff and Corps colleagues are maintained
- Maintain all associated documents required for key holding i.e. Assignment Instructions, key receipts, risk assessments, contact details.
- Be responsible for weekend day patrols, alarm response and unlocks/locks.
These are the key elements of the role, you may be asked to undertake additional duties as and when required.
