Key Duties
- Front-of-house and back-office administration for casual and block bookers from multiple stakeholders via the CRM system
- Manual equipment setups and changeovers
- Overseeing indoor facilities
- Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the centre
- Daily independent work and teamwork
- Line managing casual sport attendants and ensuring rotas and duty sheets are set
- Indoor sports event coordination, invoicing, and organisation of sports equipment
Skills and Qualities Required

- Problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Effective customer service skills and communication
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
