Key Duties

  • Front-of-house and back-office administration for casual and block bookers from multiple stakeholders via the CRM system
  • Manual equipment setups and changeovers
  • Overseeing indoor facilities
  • Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the centre
  • Daily independent work and teamwork
  • Line managing casual sport attendants and ensuring rotas and duty sheets are set
  • Indoor sports event coordination, invoicing, and organisation of sports equipment
