About Us

In 2019, the founders were working as engineers solving complex cross-domain problems within government organisations.

TwinStream was formed to bring together their collective expertise and experience into a single business, focused on delivering technical excellence and high-quality service to clients.

Since then, the company has grown to over 100 team members across the UK, with colleagues working both on-site with clients, hybrid and remotely from home.

Employment: Contract (outside of IR35)

Rate: £500 - £600

Security Level: Must have live DV clearance

About The Role

As part of our on-site team, you'll play a key role in designing, building, configuring, and maintaining resilient systems that support critical operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and reliable, and directly with our intelligence community customers to deliver their mission. This involves analysing their requirements and configuring the cross-domain platform accordingly; and, with the rest of the team, resolving any issues and refining the setup together.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, improve system performance, and contribute directly to meaningful projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
