About the Role

As we deliver a major digital transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 at its core, we’re expanding our Digital team and are seeking a Dynamics 365 and Data Manager to play a strategic role in shaping our future.
This is a hands-on leadership position at the heart of our CRM and data capabilities. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 across the business, scaling existing solutions while driving an ambitious roadmap for new functionality. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, developers, and delivery partners, you’ll translate complex requirements into practical, well-designed solutions that align with our business strategy and enhance patient engagement.
You’ll join us at a critical juncture—with a five-year strategy, strong executive support, and an expanding digital function. For the right candidate, this role offers meaningful progression as the data landscape evolves.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business, ensuring scalability, stability, and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the full CRM lifecycle, including accounts, leads, opportunities, contacts, and workflows, embedding best practice in Sales and Customer Service model-driven apps.
- Shape and deliver the Dynamics 365 roadmap, supporting adoption and ensuring teams extract maximum value from the platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to lead requirements gathering, scoping, and priorities, turning complexity into clear, actionable strategies.

Data & Analytics
- Design effective data structures in Dataverse, ensuring data is trusted, accessible, and meaningful.
- Support reporting and visualisation using tools like Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate on data strategy to enhance decision-making across the organisation.
Team Development & Mentorship
- Line manage and coach colleagues, fostering a supportive, skills-focused environment where team members can grow.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong, hands-on experience in delivering and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service apps, working with internal developers and third-party Microsoft partners.
- Deep understanding of the Power Platform and how it complements Dynamics 365.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, scoping, and stakeholder management.
- Strong grasp of CRM data structures and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with SQL is desirable (but not essential).
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships, simplifies complexity, and leads change effectively.
