Salary
£80,000 – £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits (Base salary plus annual performance bonus, private healthcare, strong pension scheme, and 25 paid holiday days + extras)

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
- Design scalable, secure, and future-proof Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Outline high-level and low-level designs, including Technical Design Documents, Roadmaps, and Options Papers.
- Align with TOGAF architecture frameworks and ensure compliance with deployment standards.
- Model architectures using tools like UML, ArchiMate, and Visio.
Technical Deliverables
- Partner with software engineering teams to define standards, governance, and technical direction.
- Shape solution architecture during discovery phases, advocating best practices for Power Apps, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
- Address complex business challenges with technical feasibility assessments.
Stakeholder & Collaboration
- Choose to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Deliver clear architecture documentation, balancing strategy with practical implementation.
- Work agilely (SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban) to ensure seamless cross-team collaboration.
- Key contributor on multi-million-pound, multi-year projects.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (minimum 5–7 years).
- Deep technical knowledge of:
- Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance, Customer Service, etc.)
- Power Apps (custom app development)
- Microsoft Azure support for workloads
- Mastery of enterprise architecture principles across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Practical experience with adaptive delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to design and document flexible architectures (HLDS, LLDs, TDDs, Roadmaps).
- Proficiency in architecture modelling tools (UML, ArchiMate, or similar).

Desirable
- Hands-on implementation or engineering experience with Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
- Preferred but not obligatory: Completed Microsoft certifications (MB-200, MB-400, AZ-900/901).

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams with a mix of vendors, internal consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to meet UK security clearance requirements where required for client projects.
