Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Reporting To: Matter Management Product Team Lead
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Azure Integration Architect to support the delivery of our Matter Management transformation programme, built around Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Peppermint.
This is a hands-on architecture role for an individual who is equally comfortable defining solution architecture as they are building and troubleshooting integration components. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Peppermint, and wider enterprise systems, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and supportable.
Working closely with product owners, developers, data teams, and third-party suppliers, you will provide technical leadership whilst remaining actively involved in implementation.
What you will be doing:
Solution & Integration Architecture
- Define end-to-end integration architectures across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Peppermint, and enterprise applications.
- Produce solution designs, integration specifications, interface contracts, and architecture documentation.
- Define integration patterns, API standards, and security approaches.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and operational requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Hands-On Technical Delivery
- Design, develop, and support integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Build and maintain Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus-based integrations.
- Develop Dynamics 365 plugins and custom integration components using C# and .NET.
- Create proof-of-concepts and technical spikes to validate architectural approaches.
- Support development teams with implementation guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve complex end-to-end integration and platform issues.
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
- Define and govern Dataverse integration patterns and data models.
- Design solutions leveraging Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate.
- Ensure appropriate use of Dataverse security, environment strategy, and application lifecycle management.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Data Integration & Migration
- Design and oversee Azure Data Factory pipelines supporting data migration and integration requirements.
- Define approaches for data transformation, incremental loading, and data synchronisation.
- Support migration activities into Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and operational supportability across integration processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
