The opportunity:
My client is a nationwide manufacturing business with a strong reputation within their industry niche, and exciting plans for digital transformation. They have an innovative digital transformation plan in place including the implementation and roll out of D365 Business Central.
That in mind, they are seeking a D365 Business Central specialist to join their internal team and own the implementation/ solution going forward - spearheading new projects and ensuring the systems efficiency in the years to come.
My client offers a hybrid working model between home and modern Surrey offices.

The role will involve:
- Taking the lead on all aspects of implementation and continuous process improvement/project lifecycle
- Business process analysis/mapping, requirement gathering and functional design
- Supporting development team with system install/configuration
- Involvement in user acceptance testing
- Key user training
- Continuous system support/improvement release management
Skills required:
- Proven end to end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience
- Functional strengths in business requirement gathering/process analysis, functional design, testing & training
- Hands on system configuration skills (e.g., AL ext, Power Platform) - preferable
- Firm understanding of core, out of box Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Understanding of manufacturing/supply chain processes - preferable
- Excellent communication/stakeholder and user engagement skills
