Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

Dynamics 365 CE Consultant Remote | Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Nigel Frank International is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised organisation that is investing heavily in its Microsoft technology landscape. As part of the continued growth of their internal Dynamics team, they are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to play a key role in the ongoing development and support of their Microsoft business applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, people-first organisation where you'll have the autonomy to shape solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.

The Role You'll be the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, working with users across the business to deliver innovative solutions that improve business processes and drive user adoption.

You'll be involved in: Supporting, configuring and enhancing Dynamics 365 CE Gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders Designing and developing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate Delivering user training and promoting best practice across the business Working alongside the wider Dynamics team to support future business transformation initiatives Exploring Microsoft's latest AI capabilities, including Copilot and intelligent agents

Skills & Experience We're looking for candidates with experience in: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Strong functional consulting experience Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) Power Automate Microsoft Power Platform Experience building business applications and improving business processes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Any experience with the following would be advantageous: Power Pages AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot Studio/Agents) Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management JavaScript or other pro-code development experience Spanish language skills (desirable but not essential)
