Role:
Join a forward-thinking Housing Association at a pivotal stage of its digital transformation, where you'll play a key role in delivering a modern Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement case management solution. This is a fast-paced delivery engagement rather than a BAU support position, offering the opportunity to work directly with operational teams to shape solutions that improve services for residents. You'll be trusted to quickly understand complex housing processes, influence stakeholders, and configure a solution that delivers real business value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and pain points.
- Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 CE functional solutions, with a particular focus on case management.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements while supporting an agile delivery approach.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, product owners, and operational users to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the solution aligns with housing business processes and user expectations.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Strong track record of delivering case management solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Previous experience working with a Housing Association or Registered Provider.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging confidently with business stakeholders.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional configuration experience.
- Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working within agile delivery environments and able to deliver at pace.
- Experience across housing functions such as housing repairs, complaints, tenancy management, resident services, safeguarding, ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour), or wider CRM/case management transformation programmes is highly desirable.
