Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Delivery Manager
D365 CE Delivery Manager – Microsoft Partner (Agile / Power Platform)
Location: UK Remote (with occasional client visits)
Employer: Leading Microsoft Partner
Focus: Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Agile Delivery
About the Role
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, driving outcomes, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex customer programmes.
What You’ll Own
- Full delivery ownership across D365 CE and Power Platform projects
- Agile project leadership: sprint planning, ceremonies, backlog management
- Client engagement, stakeholder management, and steering sessions
- Working closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and architects
- Risk, RAID, governance, and delivery reporting
- Ensuring best-practice implementation aligned to Microsoft Partner standards
- Driving continuous improvement across delivery frameworks and processes

What You Bring
- Strong delivery management experience across Dynamics 365 CE
- Proven background delivering Agile projects (Scrum / Kanban)
- Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy
- Confident communicator with a strong client-facing presence
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable with governance, structure, and outcome-driven delivery
- A proactive, positive, “get things done” personality

- Exposure to D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service
- Understanding of Azure DevOps or Jira
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230 etc.)
