The Opportunity
Are you a Project Manager who lives and breathes Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement? Do you thrive on building genuine relationships with customers and delivering projects they rave about?
We're partnering with a fast-growing Microsoft Partner that's expanding its delivery team. They're looking for an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Project Manager to oversee customer engagements from kick-off through to go-live and beyond, with fully remote working available anywhere in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of D365 Customer Engagement projects across a varied customer base
- Acting as the trusted face of the business, building strong, lasting relationships with customers and becoming their go-to person
- Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent engagements
- Collaborating closely with functional consultants, developers, and architects to ensure on-track delivery
- Facilitating steering groups, workshops, and status meetings with stakeholders at all levels
- Identifying opportunities to add value and grow accounts through exceptional delivery

What We’re Looking For
- A strong background as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager focused on D365 Customer Engagement (CE)/Dynamics CRM implementations (essential)
- Exceptional customer-facing skills: confidence, credibility, and a genuine ability to connect with people
- Solid understanding of the D365 Customer Engagement platform (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and the wider Power Platform
- Experience delivering in a Microsoft Partner / consultancy environment (highly desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Relevant certifications (Prince2, AgilePM, Scrum, or Microsoft) are a plus
