Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

My Glasgow-based FMCG client is looking for a hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to take ownership of a critical CRM platform powering key business operations.
This isnât an architecture or âivory towerâ role. Itâs for someone who thrives on building, fixing, optimising and owningâsomeone who understands how data truly flows across systems and wants to make things work better every day.
đ„ What youâll be doing
- Enhancing and supporting a live, business-critical Dynamics 365 / Dataverse environment
- Developing plugins, custom APIs, integrations and model-driven apps
- Owning end-to-end data flows â from upstream ingestion through to downstream platforms
- Diagnosing and resolving real-world issues across CRM, integrations and data pipelines
- Improving reliability, performance and maintainability across the platform
- Collaborating closely with users, product teams, data engineers and integration specialists

đ What weâre looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse
- Solid development skills in C#/.NET, plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript and APIs
- Experience working in complex, integration-heavy environments
- Proven ability to support and improve existing systems (not just greenfield builds)
- Knowledge of Azure integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs)
- Strong understanding of data â mapping, validation, error handling, pipelines
