Dynamics 365 Developer
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer looking to work in the Tech for Good space? Do you want to use your Dynamics and Power Platform expertise to help develop systems that make a real difference to young people across the UK?
WRK digital are delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with STEM Learning, whose platforms support STEM teaching and learning through the provision of resources, networks and programmes in collaboration with the UK Government, employers, organisations and educational establishments. This includes driving forward the STEM Ambassador and STEM Clubs programmes alongside supporting teachers and educators across the UK.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 sits at the heart of STEM Learning's business processes, supporting everything from customer and school engagement through to course management, bookings and bursary administration. As part of their ongoing digital transformation journey, STEM Learning are continuing to invest in their Dynamics and Power Platform estate and are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join the team.
The Role
The role is accountable for supporting and enhancing STEM Learning's Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring they continue to deliver value to users across the organisation.
- Develop, customise and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, following sound ALM and solution management practices.
- Build and enhance Power Apps - both model-driven and canvas - and Power Automate solutions.
- Deliver new functionality and improvements across the CRM platform.
- Support integrations between Dynamics and other business applications.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex Dynamics and Power Platform issues.
- Contribute to technical architecture and solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with third-party partners on larger projects and platform enhancements.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a Dynamics 365 Developer role.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service.
- Strong experience configuring and customising Dynamics CRM.
- Experience developing plugins and workflows using C#.
- Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience integrating Dynamics with other business systems and applications.
- Understanding of Dataverse, CRM security models and best practice.
- Knowledge of Azure services and their use within Dynamics solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
