Dynamics 365 Developer

Hybrid | Permanent | £70,000 + Benefits

I'm currently working with a leading health insurance organisation that is investing heavily in its digital transformation and Microsoft technology estate. As part of this growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join their collaborative technology team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on business-critical applications that support millions of customers, developing scalable solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform while contributing to major transformation initiatives.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Designing, developing and implementing custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Developing plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
  • Building integrations using APIs, Dataverse and Azure services.
  • Supporting the full software development lifecycle, from technical design through to deployment.
  • Working closely with Product Owners, Architects and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
