London (Hybrid)

Up to £70,000 + Benefits

Nigel Frank International is delighted to be working with an established organisation looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Developer to join their growing technology team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and enhancement of a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, working across the Power Platform to deliver scalable, high-quality business solutions. You'll work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to design, develop and implement custom Dynamics 365 applications and integrations that support business-critical services.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop and deploy custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Customise entities, forms, views, workflows, plug-ins and Power Automate flows
  • Develop Power Apps and extend the Power Platform to meet business requirements
  • Build integrations with third-party applications using APIs and Azure services
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and optimise existing Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Work closely with functional consultants, analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing and release processes while following development best practices

What we're looking for

  • Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Experience across Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Finance & Operations
  • Strong skills in: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 plug-in development
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 using REST APIs, web services and Azure
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions

Desirable

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Copilot or AI integrations
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications (MB-500 or similar)
