About the Role

We are working with a client who supports the delivery of high-stakes examinations and professional certifications. They combine their own software with a global network of over 5,000 assessment professionals to deliver secure digital exams, remote invigilation, and assessment infrastructure for awarding bodies around the world.

The business has built a number of proprietary web and mobile applications to manage these operations, and they're now looking to make Microsoft Dynamics 365 the central operational platform that ties everything together.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for extending Dynamics 365 and Power Platform by:

  • Developing Power Apps to improve internal business processes.
  • Customising Dynamics by adding new entities, fields, and workflows.
  • Building integrations between Dynamics and their in-house web/mobile platforms using webhooks and APIs.
  • Delivering a geolocation project, automatically converting customer addresses into map coordinates using Bing Maps or similar services.
  • Helping shape how Dynamics is used across the business rather than simply maintaining an existing implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Why it's Interesting

  • You'll own a significant part of the Dynamics platform rather than being one developer in a large CRM team.
  • Plenty of greenfield development and integration work.
  • Exposure to both Microsoft technologies and bespoke internal applications.
  • Opportunity to influence technical decisions as they're still deciding whether this should be a permanent hire, contractor, or long-term consultant.
  • The company is relatively small (around 10–50 employees), so you'll have direct access to decision makers and your work will have visible business impact.
