As a Senior Manager and Principal Finance Lead specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will shape and deliver complex, global ERP transformation programmes for some of the world’s most recognised organisations. This is a role for someone who wants to influence strategy, lead high-performing teams, and become a trusted advisor to senior finance and technology leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the full Finance & Operations solution lifecycle across major D365 F&O transformation programmes.
- Act as the domain expert in one or more core finance areas: P2P, I2C, R2R, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets.
- Shape finance transformation roadmaps and define future-state operating models.
- Support pre-sales, scoping, and business case development for new ERP programmes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex technology-enabled change.
- Lead key workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery across global programmes.
- Mentor and develop talent within a growing D365 F&O capability.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly, crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Drive strategic thinking, risk management, and decision-making across engagements.
- Align technology solutions with real business needs to deliver measurable value.

What You Bring
Essential
- Deep expertise in core finance processes (R2R, I2C, I2P or equivalent).
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 F&O Finance implementations or large-scale global ERP programmes.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integration.
- Strategic planning, scope management, and risk mitigation capability.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
- Formal finance qualification or equivalent experience.

- Experience with Project Operations and Project Accounting.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Microsoft D365 certifications.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field.
