Job Description
Role Overview
The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to ensure successful CRM project delivery.

Integration:
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems

Testing and Deployment:
- Support user acceptance testing
- Deploy solutions to relevant environments using reliable CI/CD protocols

Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing maintenance for existing CRM systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

Monitoring:
- Conduct health checks of Dynamics environments
- Gather analytics and performance data

Knowledge Management:
- Stay updated on wave releases and advise stakeholders on upcoming changes

Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Design specifications
- Test plans
- User guides

Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise to gather and translate requirements
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions, including:
- Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Insights)

Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform development (BPF’s, plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and modelling custom entities)
- Integration with third-party API services
- Data migrations (using tools like Kingswaysoft SSIS)

- C#
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- SQL
- (Azure services preferred)

Commercial experience in:
- Translating reporting business requirements into PowerBI reports

- Current Power Platform certification
