Role Overview
The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet the business requirements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.

Integration
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems

Testing and Deployment
- Support user acceptance testing
- Deploy solutions to relevant environments using repeatable CI/CD protocols

Support and Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues

Monitoring
- Health-check Dynamics environments
- Gather appropriate analytics

Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ** wave release changes**
- Advise stakeholders on upcoming changes and decisions

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Design specifications
- Test plans
- User guides
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including:

Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Provide technical expertise
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions, across Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Insights) as a minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform development, including:
- BPF’s
- Plugins
- Workflows
- Cloud flows
- Modelling custom entities
- Commercial experience integrating Power Platform with:
- Third-party API services
- Performing data migrations using tools (e.g., Kingswaysoft SSIS)
- Strong knowledge of:
- C#
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- SQL
- Preferred: Knowledge of Azure services
- Commercial experience translating reporting business requirements into Power BI reports
- Preferred: Current Power Platform certification
